Gigabit-speed internet and service suite goes live for local residents and businesses
Scranton, PA, October 26, 2023 – Empire Access, a Northeast fiber-based internet service provider, announces the official launch of its comprehensive portfolio of high-speed internet services serving the Scranton, Pennsylvania, market as the company advances towards the completion of its phase one fiber network deployment across the Scranton metropolitan area. Empire Access first announced its expansion into Scranton in November 2022 and began construction the following February. The first phase stretches 86 miles planned for completion by the end of 2023. Empire Access will complete a further 90 miles of fiber infrastructure next year.
