We wanted to take a moment to address an important issue that has recently come to our attention. Phone scams are targeting our customers. One of our customers received a suspicious call claiming to be from Empire Access.
The customer reported that the caller, who had a foreign accent, stated that they needed to perform a system update that would only take five minutes. Understandably, the customer found this request alarming. This is especially so, considering the difficulty in understanding the caller due to their accent.
We want to make it clear that Empire Access would never initiate such a call requesting access to your system with such urgency. We value the security and privacy of our customers above all else. Moreover, we take every precaution to ensure that your personal information remains protected.
