SPOTLIGHT ON SUCCESS
As a Field Ops Technician at Empire Access, you will play a crucial role in establishing and supporting reliable connectivity for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include installing, maintaining, and repairing telephone, internet, and fiber optic services. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service.
As a Line Crew Person, you will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of the services offered to our customers. You'll perform installation, splicing, termination, & testing of fiber optic cables in various environments. Working as part of a skilled team, you'll contribute to ensuring our customers receive reliable and high-speed connectivity services.
The Outside Plant Engineer will play a crucial role in the planning, design, and implementation of our outside plant network infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and expansion of our fiber optic and other outside plant facilities along with budgets, design, implementation and follow through fiber builds and FTTH designs.
Join our dynamic sales team as an Outside Sales Representative, where you'll play a vital role in growing our residential and small business customer base. This position involves direct, door-to-door customer engagement to promote Empire Access’s high-speed fiber services. You'll be assigned a specific territory, you’ll generate leads, build relationships, and drive new customer acquisition.

Streaming Choice Card Issuance: The Streaming Choice Card will be provided as a one-time $200 virtual card that can be used toward streaming services, including new or existing subscriptions.
